Rosie Hardy Shootout

Setting off from the midlands for sunny Southend-on-Sea on an April saturday morning i was filled with both nerves and excitement at attending the first Rosie Hardy Shootout of the year.
There were 12-13 attendee's including Rosie's assistant and very able helper the gifted Alex Cameron, as we met up in a 50's/60's diner near the seafront to fuel up on food and milkshakes while discussing the day ahead.

We then made our way to the seafront for a day's shooting and emptied Rosie's car a 'pandora's box'  full to the brim of props onto the beach.
It was a gloriously sunny day with intermittent cloud cover which i found made shooting quite difficult for myself but think i got some decent images, and our models for the day Charli Howard and Chelsea Fitzpatrick worked so hard to enable this for us all.
i had a great day and would recommend one of Rosie's shootout's to any photography enthusiast from amateur to pro!.
I made some great friends on the day and hope to meet them all again one time or another for more photography fun.

Enough of my rambling here are some of my pictures from the day.
